Yolanda C. Romagnolo has been practicing law for 16 years and is a licensed attorney in the states of Florida, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Vermont. Ms. Romagnolo received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Columbia College, Columbia University. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the First Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Second Circuit.
Ms. Romagnolo has been in private practice in Florida since 2005, concentrating in the areas of personal injury, family and criminal law. However, Ms. Romagnolo’s wide range of experience also includes civil rights and entertainment law. Prior to her practice in Florida, she worked as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Romagnolo is fluent in Spanish.
